Our Story
Sharing Our Passions with the World.
At Park began humbly on a college campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Frustrated by a lack of accessible vegan food, our Head Chef, Nathan Hu, decided to start cooking for his friends to introduce them to vegan food. As more and more people reached out to him and offered to pay him to try some of his "dank ass vegan food," he realized what an opportunity this was. An Electrical Engineer by day, Chef Hu is currently working towards building up enough capital to open a restaurant space.

We believe that freshness is king. That's why we aim to source ingredients that are local, organic, and seasonal. Not only does this encourage a high standard of sustainability by mitigating the use of synthetic fertilizers and shipment of produce from thousands of miles away, but these ingredients inarguably taste the freshest and most delightful. Adhering to these ideals allows us do our part for the planet and create vibrant dishes for you to consume!
